Cowboy Spaghetti
From: Linda of Findlay
½ pound of spaghetti, cooked/drained
In a deep skillet:
5 slices of bacon, fried crisp – set aside to drain,
Then cook:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Cook until done, drain if needed, season with salt and pepper.
Add in:
1-2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
½ cup beer
1 Tablsp Worcestershire
 Cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Add in:
14 oz. can chopped fire roasted tomatoes 8 oz. tomato sauce Cook a few minutes, then stir in the spaghetti and bacon. Cook until heated through. To serve, top with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions!
