8-9 oz. cheese tortellini, cooked & drained - place in 9x13 pan
top with 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Cut up 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts into chunks.
Dredge in flour, salt, pepper - Saute in skillet with melted
1 stick of butter and some garlic. Brown all sides then place
on cheese in pan. In the same skillet, saute:
3/4 cup diced onions with 1 Tablsp chicken bouillon granules,
1 cup chicken broth, 1 teaspoon sugar and a 7 oz. can mushrooms, undrained.
Cook at a simmer for 5 minutes. Add in:
1 cup shredded MJ cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream. Blend until
smooth, pour over the casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake until hot,
in a 275 oven for about 45 mins.
