3/4 pound of fettucini noodles, cooked/drained
1 pound Italian sausage, cooked/drained
1 medium sweet bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, diced
28 oz. can diced tomatoed, undrained
4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
2 teasp italian seasoning
16 oz. pkg shredded mozzarella cheese cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup beef broth OR water
Cook sausage with onion and bell pepper, add mushrooms, seasoning and tomatoes.
then fold in the noodles.
Combine soup and broth. Then Combine cheeses.
In a sprayed 9x13 pan, put half the meat & noodle mix, then half the cheese, then half the meat again.
Top with soup mixture, then remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 mins, the uncover and bake 10-15.
