3 cups self rising flour 1 Tablsp paprika
1 envelope brown gravy mix 1 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Combine all of these ingredients in a large plastic food bag.
Rinse a 9 piece cut up fryer chicken with water, drain. Coat pieces of the
chicken in the flour mixter by shaking a couple at a time in the bag until
well coated. Arrange skin side up on a greased baking pan in a single
layer. Drizzle each piece with 1-2 Tablespoons of bottled liquid margarine
and bake at 350 without turning for 1 hour or until well browned. Baste a
few times in a bit more margarine.
