4 slices of whole wheat bread, crumbled 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup fine chpd celery 1/4 cup fine chpd onion
1/4 cup prepared horseradish 2 Tablsp dijon mustard
2 Tablsp chili sauce 1 egg beaten
1 1/2 teasp worcestirshire sauce salt and pepper
1 1/2 pound grd beef 1/2 cup catsup
In a large bowl, soak bread and milk for 5 mins. Drain and
discard the milk. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the
catsup. Mix well, shape into a loaf in a greased 11x7 pan. Frost
with the catsup. Bake at 350 for 55 mins or until no longer pink.
Let sit for 10 mins before serving.
