Creamy Potatoes and Sausage

3 pounds small red potatoes, quartered 1 pound kielbasa sausage, ¼” slices
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 10 oz can cream of celery soup
One envelope ranch dressing mix
Spray slow cooker with no stick spray, put in potatoes, then put in sausage. In a
bowl, combine cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix until smooth.
Pour over the potatoes and sausage. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours – stir
halfway through, if you are home. Then, stir again just before serving.
