4 slices peppered bacon, cut into 1" pieces 1 pound trimmed fresh green beans, trimmed
2 Tablsp water 4 boneless pork chops 1 Tablsp soy sauce 1/3 cup apple butter
1/4 cup water 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, red OR yellow
In a very large skillet cook bacon until crisp - reserve bacon to paper towels, keep 1 Tablsp of
drippings in pan. In a 2 quart microwave safe dish, put green beans and water, cover and cook
on high for 4 mins...stir once, drain. Brush chops with soy sauce. Brown chops on both sides, add
apple butter and 1/4 cupw ater, reduce heat, simmer, covered for 5 mins. Add beans, tomatoes
and bacon. Cook for 3-5 or until sauce thickens.
