1 teasp olive oil 2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 cup diced fresh tomato
8 oz. angel hair pasta 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2-4 Tablsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Put garlic and oil i a saute pan and cook
over medium heat until garlic begins to brown. Remove from heat and pour in the wine.
Return to heat, cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the wine has been reduced by half.
Stir in the juice and tomato. Remove pan from heat. Cook pasta and drain, put in a warm
bowl, add remaining ingredients, toss well and serve.
