Chicken Lasagna

9 lasagna noodles, cooked/drained        2 jars light alfred sauce
3 Tablespoons lemon juice                   ½ teaspoon black pepper
3 cups diced cooked chicken                ¾ cup sautéed onions
1 cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well ¾ cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
Use a sprayed 9x13 pan and preheat oven to 325.

Combine all ingredients except the noodles and cheese. Layer ingredients as regular lasagna. Finish with three noodles on the top. Cover and bake for 45-50 minutes. Uncover, top with cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
Take out of the oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
