1/2 pound bulk sausage 1/3 cup diced onion
1/3 cup diced green bell pepper 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 cup diced canned tomatoes with juice
3/4 cup water 1 1/2 teasp sugar 1/2 teasp chili powder
1/4 teasp salt OPT. 1/2 cup sour cream
In a skillet or saucepan, cook sausage with peppers and onions
until done, drain well. Add all but the sour cream and bring to a boil,
cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until noodles are done. Stir well,
take a little of the hot mixture and temper into the sour cream,
stir into the kettle and heat thru. Serve.
