2 cups uncooked spiral pasta - cooked/drained butter
medium zucchini, diced 1/4 cups chopped onion
1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken, diced OR 1/2 can Brinkmans chicken, drained
2 Tablsp flour 1 1/2 cups cream OR evaporated fat free milk with broth (from chicken)
3/4 pound Velveeta, chunked 1/2 teasp dry Italian seasoning
Over medium heat, saute onion and zucchini in a little butter until tender crisp, add the
flour and toss well, cook a couple of minutes, then add in the liquid and bring to a boil.
Add cheese and cook along with the seasoning. Add meat and pasta....stir well, put into
a sprayed 8" square dish.
top with: 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, 3 Tablsp melted butter, 1/2 teasp Italian seasoning, P salt.
Bake, uncovered at 350 for 20+ minutes.
