28 oz. can Dei Fratellia crushed tomatoes with basil and herbs
14.5 oz. can Dei Fratellie petite diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion 2 cloves of garlic, minced Parmesan cheese
2 Tablsp olive oil 1 1/2-2 cups eggplante, peeled/diced
1 cup sliced zucchini 1 pound Italian sausage, cooked/broken up
1 teasp garlic salt 1/2 cup water 1 pound spaghetti, cooked/drained
in a 12" skillet, cook sausage, drain well, add onion and cook, then add in tomatoes
and the water. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Add the eggplante, zucchini, garlic salt
and addl salt and pepper to taste. cover and cook 25 mins or until veggies are tender.
Pour veggies mixture over pasta, sprinkle with cheese and serve!
