20 crushed saltine crackers (about 1 cup) 1 cup 2% milk
2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 pounds cooked ham, ground up
1 pound grd pork
Blend well, form into a loaf and place in a 9x13 pan.
Glaze: 1/2 cup pkd brown sugar 1 teasp dry mustard
2 Tablsp apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup water
Cook until boiling, stirring often. Baste meat in a 350
oven for 1 hour and 15 mins.
