6 oz. linguine pasta 2 carrots, peeled, cut into 1/2" chunks
1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup button mushrooms
2 Tablsp butter, 2 Tablsp flour 1 Tablsp snipped parsley
1/2 teasp dried basil, crushed 1 1/4 cups milk
6 oz. cooked ham, julienned cut
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook pasta in water with carrots for 7 minutes, add in the
broccoli and cook another 3-5 mins. Drain well, put into a
large bowl. Saute mushrooms in butter until done, add the
flour and stir well, add parsley and basil and milk....cook
stirring often until thickened and bubbly. Add the ham & cheese
and blend well...pour over pasta mixture and toss. Serve.
