2 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk 2 Tablsp lemon juice
2 1/2 cups coarse crushed saltines 2-3 teasp minced onion
salt and pepper 2 cans salmon, drained - bones & skin removed
Beat the eggs, milk, juice, saltines and onion together....season with
salt and pepper. Add in salmon and shape into 10 patties. Place on
a greased 15x10x1 cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 35 mins.
In a small saucepan, melt 2 Tablsp butter, add in 2 Tablsp flour
and stir well, add in:
1/2 teasp dill 1/4 teasp salt dash of black pepper 1 1/2 cups milk
Blend well, cook until thickened. Serve over the patties.
OR you can use buttermilk ranch dressing.
