1/3 cup catsup 1 Tablsp lemon juice 1 teasp brown sugar
2 Tablsp canola oil 1/2 teasp dried marjoram 1/2 teasp garlic powder
1/2 teasp grd red pepper 1 teasp worcestershire
Blend well, arrange six 4 oz catfish fillets in a dish, pour the sauce over the top.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 mins, turning once.
Remove from the marinate and put in a large skillet. Put the marinate in
a saucepan and bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes.
Saute fish until done, then serve with sauce!
