8 oz. spaghetti 1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 1/4 cups water
15 oz. tomato sauce 2 small zucchini, diced
2 teaspoons chili powder 1/2-3/4 teaspoons grd cumin
grated cheddar cheese
In a large skillet, saute beef with the garlic - breaking up the
meat into small pieces and cooking until done. Drain if needed.
Add in the water, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin and
mix well. Add in the spaghetti, breaking it into thirds, then add
the zucchini. Stir well, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes,
stirring occasionally. When done and thickened, sprinkle
with some cheese, turn off heat and cover until melted. Serve!
