3 Tablsp lime juice 2 Tablsp olive oil
2 Tablsp reduced sodium teriyaki Sauce
1 Tablsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tablsp dijon mustard
1 teasp garlic powder
6 drops hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
6 uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled/de-veined
combine the lime juice, oil, sauce, vinegar,
mustard, powder and sauce. Blend well and
add in the shrimp. Chill for one hour, stirring
occasionally. Drain and discard the marinade.
Thread the shrimp onto two skewers. Grill or
broil until done (pink).
