1/2 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup water 2 Tablsp dried minced onion
2 Tablsp sesame Seeds 1 Tablsp sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced 1 teasp ground ginger
3/4 teasp salt 1/8 teasp cayenne pepper
3-4 pounds cut up pieces of chicken
In a small bowl, combine all but the chicken, reserve 1/3 cup
for basting and cover. The rest, put in a large resealable bag
and put in the chicken pieces. turn to coat and chill for 8 hours.
Prepare your grill and grill chicken until done, using the reserved
sauce for basting.
