2 pounds ground smoked ham 2 pounds ground pork
2 cups crushed graham crackers 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup pkd brown sugar 1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water 1 Tablsp grd dry mustard
Preheat oven to 325 - line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a
large bowl, combine the meats and lightly mix, add in the crackers,
milk and eggs. Form this mixture into two loaves and place onto the
prepared sheet. In a saucepan over mediumheat, combine soup,
sugar, vinegar water and mustard. Blend well, bring to a boil and cook
for a few minutes until all ingredients are dissolved and well blended.
Pour about a cup of sauce over both loaves....reserve the remaining sauce.
Bake for 2 hours. Slice and serve with sauce.
