20 oz can crushed pineapple - divded

20 oz pkg ground turkey

3/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced - divided

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce - divided           1 egg, lt. beaten

1 teasp grd ginger                                 1/2 teasp grd nutmeg

2 Tablsp orange marmalade                cooked jasmine rice

Preheat oven to 350.  Drain 1/2 cup crushed pineapple and put in the

bowl with the grd turkey.  Add in 1/2 cup green onions, 1/4 cup teriyaki

sauce, the egg and the ginger and nutmeg.  Blend well, form into small

meatballs and put on foil lined cookie sheet.  Bake for 25-30 mins.

Make Sauce:    Combine remaining pineapple and juice, 1/4 cup teriyaki

sauce and orange marmalade in a saucepan...heat to boiling.  Reduce

heat and simmer for 3-4 mins.  Stir in remaining onions.  Top meatballs

with sauce and serve over rice.
