Boneless skinless chicken breasts - pound to even thickeness and size
Top each one with a piece or two of Swiss cheese, and two pieces of
dried beef. Roll up tightly and place seam size down in an 8" square
pan or if using more than 6, use a 9x13 pan. (One per person as a rule)
Combine one can cream of mushroom soup with 8 oz. sour cream,
blend well and pour over the chicken. Cover with foil and Bake at
325 for 1 1/2 hours. great served with yellow rice!
