1/2 pound raw shrimp, peeled/deveined       small onion, minced

2 Tablsp butter     2 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms     1 teasp flour

1/2 cup sour cream          1-2 cups hot cooked rice

Saute shrimp and onion in butter for 10 mins until shrimp are

tender.  Add in mushrooms, cover and cook on low heat for 5 mins.

Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper and stir well. Add sour cream and

cook gently for 10 mins.  Do not allow mixture to boil again.  Serve over rice

or pasta.  Makes 2 servings.
