one pound fish fillets                                          fresh ground black pepper

2 Tablsp butter                                                   1 can cream of shrimp soup

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese                                 paprika

Arrange fillets on a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with the black pepper.

Dot with butter, spread the soup over the fish, then sprinkle with the cheese

and the paprika.  Bake, uncovered at 400 for 20-25 mins.  Serve with baked

potato, rice pilaf or noodles!
