8 oz. can sliced pineapple, drained 1/2 cup soy sauce 3 Tablsp lemon juice
2 teasp brn sugar 1 teasp hot pepper sauce 2 garlic cloves, minced
2 boneless, butterflied pork chops 1 teasp sugar + 1/4 teasp cinnamon
Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, brn sugar, hot pepper sauce
and garlic in a large plastic bag. Mix well, add chops and chill for a few hours.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill chops until done. Spread sugar/cinn mixture
over the pineapple slices.....grill. Serve together and enjoy!
