15 oz. can pure pumpkin 2 cups chicken broth 3 Tablsp brown sugar
1 Tablsp butter 1/2 teasp garlic powder 1/2 teasp ginger 1/2 teasp cinnamon
1/8 teasp nutmeg 30 oz. bag frozen cheese ravioli 1/4 cup sour cream 1/3 cup Parmesan
Combine pumpkin, broth, sugar, butter, garlic powder, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium saucepan, stirring well.
Place over medium heat and stirring occasionally until butter melts and simmering, about 10 mins.
Add ravioli to a pot of boiling water and cook to pkg directions, drain and set on serving platter.
Stir in sour cream to pumpkin mixture.....blend well, pour over ravioli......top with Parmesan. Enjoy!
