1/2 pound spaghetti, cooked/drained
In a deep skillet, fry 5 slices of bacon until crisp, set aside to drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, cook: 1 pound of hamburger 1 medium onion, diced 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Drain when done, then season with salt and pepper. Add in:
1-2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1/2 cup beer 1 Tablsp worcestirshire
Cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in:
14 oz. can chopped fire roasted tomatoes 8 oz. can tomato sauce.
Cook for another few minutes, then stir in the spaghetti and crumbled bacon.
Heat thru, to serve, top with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions!
