one can cream of celery soup 4 oz. jar pimiento's 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drianed/chpd
two 14.5 oz. cans green beans, drained/rinsed 3 cups diced cooked chicken (or turkey)
1 medium onion, diced 2 Tablsp butter 1 cup mayonnaise
6 oz. box long grain wid rice, cooked according to pkg directions 1 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 or preheat crockpot.
Heat butter in skillet and saute onion until tender, about 5 mins. Put into a large bowl and add
the remaining ingredients....blending well. Put into a greased casserole dish or into a sprayed
crockpot. Bake in over 20-25 mins, or at least 2-3 hours in crockpot on low to heat thru.
