1 orange, 1 lemon, 1 lime             3 Tablsp snipped fresh chives

1 Tablsp chopped fresh mint                      2 Tablsp olive oil

2 Tablsp honey                                6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

salt n pepper                                         1 whole orange, cut into slices

Finely shredd the zest from the orange, lemon and lime....add in the

juice from these items, too.  Add in the chives, mint, oil and honey.  Pour off

2 Tablsp of this mix and set aside.  Flatten chicken to even thickness, season

with S&P.  Add to the marinade, coating both sides.  Chill for several hours,

adding the orange slices the final 15 minutes before heading to the grill!

Grill chicken until done, then add the orange slices to the grill...a few mins

on each side.   Serve with the reserved marinade.
