1 pound of sausage 15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce 2 eggs 1 cup milk
1 cup flour 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 medium onion, diced
6 slices mozzarella cheese 1 Tablsp oil 1/2 teasp salt
In a skillet, cook sausage and onion, drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Pour into
ungrsd 9x13 pan. Arrange mozzarella cheese on top. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil.
Add flour and salt. Beat until smooth, pour over cheese in the pan. Sprinkl with parmesan.
Bake at 400 for 30 mins. or until crust is golden.
Cut into squares and serve.
