1 pound grd beef 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teasp worcestirshire 1 small onion, diced
1 egg 1 clove of garlic, minced 20 oz. can pineapple chunks 3 Tablsp vinegar 1 Tablsp soy sauce
1/2 cup brn sugar 3 Tablsp cornstarch 1 green bell pepper, diced
Combine beef, crumbs, milk, S&P, worcestirshire, onion, egg and garlic. Roll into small balls and bake
at 400 for 20-25 mins. Drain well. Drain pineapple and reserve the juice, adding water to the juice to measure
one cup. Pour into a skillet and add an add'l 1/3 cup water, the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch. Cook
and stir until smooth & thick. Add pineapple, bell pepper and the meatballs. Simmer, uncovered for 20 mins
until heated thru. Serve over cooked white rice.
