2 cups fresh mushrooms, washed/halved        1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed/drained

2 cups small cherry tomatoes                                provolone cheese, cut into cubes

6 oz. pitted ripe olives, drained                                2 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni

24 oz. pepperoncini peppers, drained                             8 oz. Italian dressing

Combine all, chill for at least 30 mins, or up to overnight.  Serve on lettuce lined plates.
