1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt 1/2 teasp grated lemon peel
2 Tablsp fresh lemon juice 1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teasp sugar 16 oz. bag of coleslaw mix 10 fresh chives, snipped 1" pieces
In a large bowl, combine, yogurt, peel, juice, garlic and sugar. Add in the
coleslaw mix and the chives. Blend well. Chill until ready to serve, stirring again
just before serving. makes 4 servings.
