1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teasp black pepper
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Shake together well, set aside.
In a large bowl, combine:
1/2 pound "bow-tie" pasta (cooked & drained)
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
3/4 cup cooked ham, cut into 1/4" dice
Toss with the above dressing, then top
with another 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
