1 cup low fat ranch salad dressing      1 cup slasa     10 oz heart of romain salad mix

10 oz shredded carrots      15 oz black beans, rinsed/drained

15 oz whole kernel corn, drained     small red onion, diced     

1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese  

Combine the dressing and salsa and set aside.

In a large glass bowl, layer:

romain. carrots, beans, corn, onion and cheese

Pour dressing on top and chill for an hour.  When ready to

serve, sprinkle one cup of crushed tortilla chips on top.
