Blue Cheese Coleslaw
6 Tablsp vegetable oil
3 Tablsp cider vinegar
2 teasp sugar
½ teasp garlic salt
16 oz. pkg. coleslaw mix
8 green onions, chopped
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup toasted walnuts or pecans
To make the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar and garlic salt in a glass shaker Jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake to blend well and chill until ready to use. In a large serving bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, onions, cheese and nuts. Chill
until ready to serve – then toss with dressing and serve immediately.
NOTE: Could also add in shredded apple and crumbled crisp bacon!
