Three Potato Salad From: Dot of Findlay
3 medium russet potatoes, peeled/chunked
3 medium red potatoes, chunked
1 cup mayonnaise
Large sweet potato, peeled/chunked
¾ teasp dill weed
Medium onion, chunked
1 Tablsp white vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teasp salt
½ teasp pepper
Place all potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, cover and Bring to a boil, simmer covered for 20-30 minutes until tender.
Drain and cool….place in a large bowl with the onion. Combine all ingredients for the dressing, and toss with the potatoes and onion. Chill overnight, toss again before serving.
