2 pounds new red potatoes       1 cup sour cream                     1 teasp dried dill

1/2 teasp garlic powder      1/2 teasp onion powder         1/3 cup chopped fresh chives

1 cup mayonnaise            1 Tablsp coarse grd black pepper             1 Tablsp salt

6 hard boiled, chpd eggs

Wash potatoes well.  Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add potatoes and boil for 15-20

minutes, or until they are tender.  Do not overcook.  Drain well and run cold water over

them to stop the cooking processs.  Cool in a colander.  Slice into thin rounds into a large

bowl.  In a medium boal, combine all but the eggs....blend well.  Toss the eggs with the

potatoes, then fold in the dressing.   Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
