1 head of iceberg lettuce - cut/torn into bite-sized pieces

6-8 slices of bacon, fried crisp, crumbled

4 hard boiled eggs, peeled/diced

8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained

1/4 cup chopped green onions - white & green parts

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 

1 cup mayonnaisse      1 cup sugar

1 cup canned potato sticks      3/4 cup dried cranberries OR cherries

Layer in a large bowl:  lettuce, bacon, eggs, pineapple, onions and cheese.

In a small bowl, combine mayo and sugar....drizzle over the salad ingredients.

Scatter the potato sticks and cranberries on the top.  Cover and chill for

1 hour before serving.
