rotisserie chicken, or 5# chicken breast - cut into pieces

3/4-1 cup diced celery                  1-2 cups seedless white grapes, halved

3/4 cup mayonnaise         3/4 cup sour cream        2 Tablsp minced onion

1 Tablsp lemon juice               1/2 teasp salt          1/2 teasp black pepper

1/2 teasp:  dillweed OR tarragon

In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery and grapes.

Copmbine remaining ingredients for dressing and blend very well.

Fold into salad ingredients and chill for several hours.

Blend well again before serving:

NOTE:  To "stretch" this salad, you can also add in some cooked

small shell pasta!  You may have to add some additional sour cream

and/or mayo.
