1 small head nappa cabbage, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Put these ingredients in a sealed plastic bag, chill overnight.
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, crushed 4 oz. slivered almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds OR sunflower seeds - OR a combo!
1 stick butter or margarine
Melt margarine, brown the rest of the ingredients - then drain on
paper towels. Chill.
Dressing: 1/2 cup oil 3/8 cup sugar 1 Tablsp soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Blend well until all ingredients are incorporated ....
Combine all and toss well. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
