1 cup good quality plain yogurt (NOT vanilla!!) 3/4 cup peeled, seeded, diced cucumber
1 Tablsp fresh chopped dill 1 teasp minced jalapeno peppers
1/2 teasp minced garlic 1 Tablsp minced sweet onion
1 Tablsp fresh squeezed orange juice 1 Tablsp extra virgin olive oil
pinch of cayenne pepper pinch of kosher salt 1/8 teasp black pepper
Blend all well....cover and chill up to 3 days.
Serve over a wedge of lettuce or a full tossed salad!
