2 cups crushed pretzels 1 Tablsp sugar 3/4 cup butter , melted
Combine and blend well, press into an ungrsd 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 mins.
Cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine two 3 oz. pkgs. orange gelatin powder with 2 cups boiling water.
Stir until dissolved, add in:
two 8 oz.. crushed pineapple, drained OR one 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Chill until partially set...about 30 mins.
In a small bowl, beat 8 oz. cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in
2 cups thawed whipped topping. Spread over the crust. Gently spoon the gelatin
mixture over the cream cheese layer. Cover and chill for 4 hours or until very firm. Cut
into squares - garnish with additional coolwhip if desired.-
