1 Tablsp dijon mustard                           2 Tablsp red wine vinegar

1 Tablsp lemon juice                             1 small clove garlic, minced

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil                      small pinch of kosher salt

pinch of fresh ground black pepper

In a small mixing bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, juice and garlic

whisk to blend well.....add the oil in a light steady stream - whisking

all the while.   Dressing will blend nicely.  Season with S & P.

If you'd like, you can add in up to a Tablsp of your favorite chopped

fresh herbs.
