3 cups fresh asparagus, cut into 1" pieces         3 cups medium pasta shells, cooked/drained

1 small red onion, chopped                                  1 small cucumber, diced

1 cup sliced carrots                          1/2 cup sliced radishes           Blend well, add in:

1/2 cup Italian dressing            serve with 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
