4 cups chopped fresh cranberries
1 pound fresh apples, peeled/cored/chopped
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup water
Cook together in a large saucepan, simmer over medium
heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Blend well, cook another 5-6 minutes.
Ladle relish into hot half pint jars (5), leaving 1/4" headspace.
Put on lids, seal and process in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.
