2 pounds seedless red grapes, same for green grapes

8 oz cream cheese    8 oz sour cream

1/2 cup granulated sugar     1 teasp vanilla

Blend well, fold in 1 cup chopped walnuts.  Put into bowl and

chill.  Sprinkl with brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts when

ready to serve.
