6 Tablsp vegetable oil 3 Tablsp cider vinegar
2 teasp sugar 1/2 teasp garlic salt
16 oz. pkg. coleslaw mix 8 green onions, chopped
4 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled 1/3 cup toasted walnuts or pecans
To make the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar and garlic salt in a
shaker jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake to blend well and chill until ready to
use. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, onions, cheese and nuts.
Chill until ready to serve - then toss with dressing and serve immediately.
NOTE: could also add in shredded apple and crumbled crisp bacon!
