1 can Brinkman's Chicken, drained well          1 cup mayonnaise         1 Tablsp sesame oil

1 Tablsp granulated sugar              1/8 teasp ground ginger               1/2 small head Napa cabbage

2 green onions, chopped                 1 Tablsp sesame seeds               1 large carrot, peeled/shredded

1/2 cup crisp chow mein noodles

Combine mayo, sesame oil, sugar and ginger....cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

Combine drained chicken, chopped cabbage, green onions, seeds and the carrot.  Toss well.

Just before serving...toss with dressing and serve with the noodles.
