7 cups of lettuce
1 medium apples, sliced
1/3 cup pecan halves, toasted
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 Tablsp honey
2 Tablsp olive oil
1/2 teasp honey mustard
1/8 teasp each: salt and pepper
Combine lettuce, apples and pecans. Whisk together the remaining
ingredients for the dressing, drizzle over salad and toss well to coat.
Top with 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
